A case based on ages could be made this is Nora Breen's grandparents and siblings: See 1910 below.

1897. Sep 4th, Thomas was electrocuted when atop a utility pole while working as a lineman for Mutual Electric Lighting Co in Detroit MI. He lived at 785 18th St in Detroit. Buried 7 Sep 1897 in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Kenockee Twp St Clair Co MI. The newspaper sketch of Thomas looks very much like Thomas Culhane's (b1801-1885) portrait (Detroit Evening News Sep 4 1897).
1898. Aug 22nd, Thomas Culhane & Ellen Culhane (Dowd) both deceased, through their estate administrators Nora Culhane and Dennis Dowd, sold 40 acres (W ½ of E ½ of SW ¼ of Sec 14 Kenockee Twp).
